Diaphragm metering Pumps from Neptune Chemical Pump Company come with Neptune’s innovative design, quality workmanship and long-term reliability.
Neptune Hydraulic Diaphragm metering pumps are typically used for chemical metering in process and agricultural industries. Chemical metering pumps are available for high and low pressure applications with manual and electronic stroke control. Automatically adds glycol solution to make up for leakage in closed loop water systems. Neptune Glycol Feeders are designed for the addition of glycol solution to closed loop chilled or hot water systems. The system automatically maintains pressure in the loop by adding glycol solution to make up for losses which occur due to leakage.
Glycol addition is controlled by a pressure switch with adjustable low and high set points.
Standard Pressure Switch:
Cut-In Range: 10-45 PSI Cut-Out Range: 20-60 PSI
Adjustable Differential: 10-30 PSI
Other pressure switches available.
When the pressure in the loop reaches the low set point, the pump begins to feed glycol into the system until the high pressure set point is achieved and stops the pump.

Neptune Polymaster™ dilutes, mixes and thoroughly activates emulsion, dispersion and solution polymers including new high molecular weight products. Polymaster™ provides state-of-the-art polymer activation and blending through the use of the patented, motorized Gatlin distribution head. Polymaster™ is simple, automatic and economical, providing better mixing and a higher degree of activation than similar machines. Polymaster™ is easy to operate and maintain.
How It Works
Polymer Feeders or Liquid polymer blend and feed system – dilutes, mixes and thoroughly activates emulsion, dispersion and solution polymers.
Degree of polymer activation is not affected by fluctuating water pressures or dilution water ratio changes.
Patented Gatlin Mixer
Provides maximum activation; degree of activation not affected by fluctuating water pressure.
Eliminates the need for costly booster pumps.
Contains no blades to damage fragile polymer chains.
Models available up to 300 gpm dilute solution at concentrations from 0.1 to 2.0%.
Single and post dilution models available.
Compact, lightweight, stainless steel design allows portability if required.
Easy access to all components.
All electrical controls, pump controls, dilution water flow control and flow indication located on front panel.
Simple installation. Requires plug-in electrical connection plus connection to water and polymer supply lines and point of use.
Automatic shut-down and alarm on loss of dilution water.
Manual or automatic models. Automatic units adjust polymer pump flow rate by pacing the speed of the polymer pump to an external 4-20mA signal.
Choice of electronic or motor driven metering pumps, or progressing cavity pumps for polymer injection.
Polymaster™ for Hazardous Areas
Designed for use in Class 1, Division1, Group C and D Hazardous Area. Neptune Polymaster™ dilutes, mixes and thoroughly activates emulsion, dispersion and solution polymers including new high molecular weight products. Polymaster™ provides state-of-the-art polymer activation and blending through the use of the patented, motorized Gatlin distribution head. Polymaster™ is simple, automatic and provides better mixing and a higher degree of activation than similar machines. Polymaster™ is easy to operate and maintain. Mechanical mixing is required to ensure adequate blending and activation at the low flow rate applications typically found in hazardous areas.
Neptune By-Pass Feeders are a convenient method of introducing treatment chemicals into closed circulating water systems. Neptune By-Pass Feeders are ideal for treating hot and chilled water circulating loops used in heating and air conditioning systems, process heating and cooling or large engine water jackets. Neptune offers two styles of By-Pass Feeders: A vertical style with dish bottom in and a vertical style with dish bottom out. Filters are available for system cleanup and monitoring.
A high pressure cap rated to 300 psi is now standard. The first closure improvement in over two decades.
The Neptune Filter Feeder combines chemical addition and high capacity filtering
in one piece of equipment. It is a convenient way to introduce solid or liquid
chemicals into hot or cold water closed circulating systems.
Eliminates need for separate By-Pass Feeder and filter.
Filtration can be achieved at the same time as chemical addition.
Extended neck with top inlet allows simple installation of filter bag and basket.
Filter bags are available in 50, 20, 5 and 1 micron ratings. (Order separately.)
Filter bags are quickly and easily replaced
Neptune’s FIRST Filter Feeder with Full Bottom Drain and Anchor Bolt Holes.
All Neptune By-Pass Feeders offer the new style, quick opening, high pressure closure. These closures offer better sealing with less force and eliminate the need for tools. Design binds cap tightly when under pressure making it necessary to bleed pressure from tank before removing cap. Underside of cap which contacts liquid is epoxy-coated.
Filter Bag Kits
Available for all “VTF” and “DBF” models up to 10 gallons. Kit includes bag, bag frame, tubing and connectors. The addition of a filter bag allows the By-Pass Feeder to function simultaneously as a side stream filter. (A clean bag is rated at approximately 30 microns.) Cannot be used with DBFC models.
